• THBT TNI/POLRI should be allowed to vote in general election
• THW put restriction on the advertisement of political candidates
• THW introduce proxy votes mechanism in the next general election
II. GLOBAL CRISIS
• THW would reconsider opening its market
• THW halt the ASEAN Chiang Mai Initiative
• THW significantly increase subsidy during the global crisis
III. MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY
• THW protect its property using DRM
• THW criminalize fake id on social networking websites
• THBT developing countries should not join space race
IV. INTERNATIONAL
• THBT US should drop its embargo on Cuba
• THBT EU will be better off by pushing forward the Libson Treaty without full ratification
• THBT that Kenya’s “Truth Commission†will hinder reconciliation in the country
V. ENVIRONMENT
• THBT state owned companies should go green
• THW link aid to environment
• THBT a country can be put liable to another country for the damage it caused to the environment

• THW make Jerusalem the capital of two states
• THW not treat illegal immigrants as criminals
