Speech
Speech acts are a staple of everyday communicative life, but only became a topic of sustained investigation, at least in the English-speaking world, in the middle of the Twentieth Century. Since that time “speech act theory” has been influential not only within philosophy, but also in linguistics, psychology, legal theory, artificial intelligence, literary theory and many other scholarly disciplines.^[2] Recognition of the importance of speech acts has illuminated the ability of language to do other things than describe reality.

Spelling Bee
The participants can demonstrate their ability in public speaking, improve self-confidence as their "spelling" vocabulary and improve vocabulary in English.

News Casting
For students to show their ability and skills in speech, presenting news according to the theme, and to practice their pronunciation, so the listener can understand their aims.

Scrabble
Scrabble is a board game which is basically similar to crossword puzzle. The difference is that the letters in SCRABBLE have various values. In the game, each team should follow some rules while they try to form the best word from the randomly picked letters to get the highest score or to block the way of the opposite team player. Furthermore, SCRABBLE is actually not only about words, it is also about tactic and strategy. Join us and prove that you are the master of words.

Story Telling
Story Telling Competition is one of the competitions in which Originality, Creativity, Confidence and Attractiveness are mix together as the participants amaze the audiences with their stories in the unique ways. The Story Telling competition will always demand attention from everyone.
