What is LTP ?
LTP is one of MBEC's program which recruit talented member who will lead this organization and training them how to manage an organization as a leader and learn together how to be an amazing , exciting and excellent leader. There will be so many information about leadership , discussion formal and informal, games, outbond, talent show, and many more.

In this programme , we have a special and creative crew that wanna perform in this programme.

What's the theme of this event ?

Theme  : Get Passion, Be Impact! 

“Get Passion, Be Impact!” is a theme which the committee of Leadership Training Program (LTP) MBEC 2013 has been decided for this event. “Get Passion, Be Impact!” explains about participation of MBEC’s regeneration to join this event which is held for an annual event from MBEC. To join this event, all the participants must  has their own preparation from their selves until they make sure to be part of this event and join every programs that committee has made. Absolutely, everything begins with the passion that rises from every participant and appropriate with what committee’s target from this event. After the passion that we get together, we will go to the target of this event, so MBEC’s LTP 2013 won’t be useless, but, there will be many meaning will be found for every participation then they’ll become impacted. And the impact for this event is MBEC will get an “Amazing, Exciting, and Excellent” re-generation appropriate to MBEC’s motto.
